My Captured Moment:Autumn Begins

My ‘Captured Moment’ for Running In Lavender this week is taken from one of my favorite vantage points in Surrey – Box Hill.

I love everything about Autumn, the chance to cosy up with a big hot chocolate, the preparation for Halloween and bonfire night and the crisp leisurely walks you can enjoy with your loved ones.

Box Hill has the most incredible views of Surrey, although I do completly freak out that the children are going to lose their footing and stumble all the way down the hill!!

My Captured Moment:Our Best Year Yet

I was looking through my Facebook albums today for some inspiration for this weeks captured moment with Running In Lavender when I came across this picture.

It was taken whist holidaying in Florida during what I could only describe as the best year of my life!

I gave birth to my fourth son in the January, I got married to the love of my life in the August and had the most fantastic family holiday to Florida in the October.

This captured moment of my husband was taken getting his face painted in the Magic Kingdom.  The happiness on his face just sums up how we all felt on that trip.  It’s will defiantly take a lot to top 2012!!

My Captured Moment:Love Our City

This weeks captured moment with Heledd at Running In Lavender is number four taking in the sights at the wonderful Sky Garden in Fenchurch Street.

I always hope that taking them to experience as much as they can when they are younger will give them a thirst  to explore and take this into their adult life.

My Captured Moment:My Handful Off To Nursery

I’ve not linked up to My Captured Moment with Heled at ‘Running In Lavender‘ for a few weeks now.  With all the children off on holidays I took a bit of a back seat and enjoyed some time with the family.

This was a special holiday as the new term was starting with number four’s first term at nursery.  It is now just me and the baby now and our mornings are now a lot quieter without this little guy around.

My Captured Moment:Sleeping Babes

We have just got back from another fabulous trip to Center Parcs.  It is by far our favourite place to visit as there is so much to do.  Because of this the youngest two were completely wiped out and ended up in a sleepy tangle like this in their trailer several times.

My Captured Moment:Lavender Lovliness

It was infact the the name ‘Running In Lavender‘ that first got me looking at the fabulous blog written by Heledd, as the lavender fields are so close to where we live to.

We always take hundreds of photos when we visit and I am finding it hard to chose some to put up as my ‘Captured Moment’ this week!

My Captured Moment:Brotherly Love

When number five was born,to say that number four’s nose was put out of joint would be an understatement!

He did not take to him at all and it’s only really over the pasting or so that he has started to show him some real love.

As you can see from this picture now a little to much at times!

My Captured Moment:Savouring The Last Weeks At Home

This week we make the most of our passes and had a mid week trip to Chessington World Of Adventures.

I’m trying to savour the last few weeks I have with number four at home before he starts nursery in September.

He is defiantly the hardest of my children and to be honest a few hours a day at nursery with do us both the world of good, but I know I won’t get this time back so I want to make the most of this summer while I can.

My Captured Moment:No Feeling Like It

My husband works long hours and doesn’t get to spend a lot of quality time with us, so moments like this are really special, and there is no feeling like seeing the love in my little ones face.

It was only a trip to the local park bit as long as we are together it really doesn’t matter what we get up to.
