capturing memories as we make them
If any of you follow my blog you will have probably noticed by now that the majority of parenting fails and kid disasters normally fall at the hands of number four.
He has excelled himself this week by getting hold of the cake I was reviewing for Baker Days and completely defaced it!! Luckily enough I had managed to get some pictures before the demon child attacked.
These two must have grabbed the sugar from the worktop, dropped it all over the back step and were then using anyway they could to get it up!!
Here we were sitting on the sofa with my bundle of joy looking lovingly at me.
I thought it would be a perfect moment to capture until I pulled my phone out to take a snap and he inserted his little finger right up his nose!!
Only number four could stand there covered in chocolate, rubbish all over him after drawing over nearly every inch of the wall up the stair case and still smile at me!!!
It’s only 10am and my darling son has already produced a wonderful post for me to add to Wicked Wednesday’s.
I literally went to the toilet and came down to this mass destruction!!
Since starting my blog I have found a new found love of photography. I have even been looking into course to really get to know what I’m doing.
I had even considered a bit of a career change into photography.
That was until I tried to take some special pictures of the kids for Fathers Day!
Number one and two outright refused number fours came out ok, and as you can see number three and five were a disaster!!
Trying to get number five to sit like an angel whilst holding a card was never really going to happen and the bright idea of number two lying on the floor to depict her flying away with a balloon looked more like I should have been drawing a chalk line around her!!
I had better get on that course and hope for some better ones next year!
At the moment number five is completely obsessed with juice. He has gone from a baby that wouldn’t drink a thing to a toddler that is constantly asking for a drink.
I had hidden these at the back of a cupboard; he had managed to sneak them out and clearly couldn’t get them out of the packet so just left it in there to drink!!
To be honest I was quite impressed!!
